Before you pay.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

Payments run through PayFast — card or instant EFT, in Rand. Cancel from your account at any time: billing stops immediately and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Every successful payment generates a tax invoice automatically, and you can download past invoices from our client portal whenever you need them.

Where do my recordings actually live?

On your own YouTube channel or your own Google Drive — you connect them, and we upload on your behalf. We only store the metadata linking a clip to your journal entry. If you ever leave, your videos stay exactly where they are.

What happens if a payment fails?

Nothing dramatic. You keep access until the paid period ends, and if the payment still hasn't gone through, the account drops to the free plan. Your ideas and journal history stay intact.
